Who we are

“What is the meaning of these copper pots flying out of the trunk behind the delighted expression of the driver…?!

The faces of Walter Bianconi and his wife Donata are well known in Cortina d’Ampezzo after 23 years in the high-end catering industry guided by that which was the best restaurant in the Ampezzana basin, having won the praise of all the most important guides in Italy and abroad. Today the dynamic couple, with the precious collaboration of Pier Luisa Urbini already present in the catering industry, have devised the “Itinerant Restaurant”, atypical and extraordinary, having no real defined base of operations, able to organize any event in any location offering the quality, the inspiration and the professionalism that has always characterized them in all of the milestones reached.” (Ref. Cortina Magazine).

Today our daughter Carolina is responsible for Marketing, Weddings, and Conventions.

“Dove Vuoi Catering: a name for a family devoted to customer service…”

The trusting relationship that is established with the client is the company’s most important tenet; it is from this supposition that the work of Dove Vuoi Catering evolves, and it is from this supposition that all of our events are personalized on the basis of the client’s needs. We meet every request with flexibility and competence, giving life to events as perfectly fit for you as a tailored dress.
The founding partners Donata and Walter intensely desired this organization, founding it upon enthusiasm, a passion without limits for their work and with the goal of realizing events characterized by Style, Attention to Detail, and Good Taste.
Dove Vuoi Catering is a concrete example of evolution in the catering industry, no longer interpreted as an anonymous support to an event but an important element of its very success. That is, a synonym for charisma, professionalism, and success.

…you will be first seduced by your senses: your eyes, your nose, and your palate!
